Fees & Contact
Step 1
To book an initial appointment get in touch with me via email or WhatsApp. I will reply within 24-48 hours to arrange a FREE 15-minute consultation, where we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, how I work and the counselling process. Feel free to ask me any questions or raise any concerns that you may have. If you decide you want to start counselling with me and I feel my therapeutic approach can help, we pre-book a time and day for your first session.
Step 2
During your first session, I undertake an in-depth assessment incorporating medical history and any relevant life events and we discuss your goals for therapy. I specifically tailor our sessions to your unique set of needs. We also agree on how many sessions you feel you would like or require and we discuss availability and affordability. Therapy can be short or long-term, and we have regular reviews to check that we are working on your issues.
Step 3
We arrange the same time and day for your standard sessions which guarantees my availability. Every week you receive an email with your Zoom link to access the counselling session. Find a quiet comfortable place where you will not be disturbed and cannot be overheard. During our sessions, we build on the client-therapeutic relationship whereby I create a safe and empathetic space without judgement enabling you to speak honestly and openly.
Cost
Online counselling sessions cost £70.00 and last for 50 minutes. Payment is made via bank transfer 24 hours before your appointment. Concessions are available for those affected by financial hardship or counsellor trainees.
Availability
Please allow for 24 hours’ notice before your appointments, otherwise you are charged 100% of the total session fee.
Availability: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5 pm.
Location
I am based in Cambridgeshire but work online all over the UK from London, Southampton, Exeter, Portsmouth, Bristol, Glasgow, Nottingham, Derby and Aberdeen. So no matter where you live you can access family estrangement counselling sessions.
